What kind of battery is used in the PowerPack 10000? Lithium-ion or lithium-polymer?

Q: In the specifications it says there is a lithium-ion battery, while elsewhere ZMI's response to a question states that it is a lithium-polymer battery. Which one is it?

A: It's both. This battery is classified as the lithium-ion battery and has been certified for UL 2054 (UL is an authoritative product safety certification body). We have met Amazon's electronics safety requirements by providing the necessary documentation. Now, there are many subtypes of lithium-ion batteries, including what's called the lithium-polymer battery. This battery also falls into the narrower subtype of the lithium-polymer battery. Common mobile devices such as cell phones, tablets, and laptops all use lithium-polymer batteries because they can be readily formed into thin shapes.
