How do I charge a Fitbit with the PowerPack?

Q: Why doesn't the PowerPack 10000 charge my Fitbit?

A: The PowerPack can charge your Fitbit, but only in low-power charging mode. To change to low-power charging mode, double press the state-of-charge button on the side of your PowerPack. Take a look at our earlier post for more instruction.
