How Do I Find out More About a Wall Charger's Energy Efficiency?

You may look up the product at the US Department of Energy (DOE) website (see link below). If the product you're looking up has appropriate filings with the DOE, you should be able to find it there. The DOE search result page doesn't seem to offer an easy way to filter only a particular brand. Fortunately, you can download all the results to a spreadsheet, which is easier to work with.
